Crew is the real-time feed between artists and their fans, ranked by ArtistAffinityScore. Artists post updates, launch exclusive drops (merch, tickets, experiences), share 24-hour Stories, and going-live streaming alerts all surface here. Drops can be purchased with $FAN or a card, right inside the feed. Reposts let one artist amplify another to their own crew.

Crew DMs
Instagram-style DMs between fans and artists, gated by attendance.
Anyone can DM anyone. Non-mutuals land in a Requests folder so artists aren't overwhelmed; mutuals (fans who've scanned a ticket to one of the artist's shows) skip straight to the main inbox. Artists can require a minimum ArtistAffinityScore or restrict DMs to Crew Pass holders. Push notifications fire on Expo (mobile) and Web Push (browser) the moment a message lands.

Booking Marketplace
Airbnb for venue↔artist bookings. Open dates and available artists, in one feed.
Venues post open nights. Artists post their availability. Either side can request a booking, both sides counter-offer with new fee, date, or notes, and venues can place a 48-hour soft-hold on a date while the artist decides. Cross-venue, cross-artist discovery — surfaced on /events and on every venue's profile.

Shoutouts
Fans book personalized video messages directly from artists.
A fan submits a request with their name, message, and occasion, and the artist records a personal shoutout. Birthday, anniversary, wedding speech, fandom milestone, anything. Artists set their own price. Fans pay with $FAN or a card. Artists fulfill (or decline) from their portal queue.

Fans upload a photo (live shot, album cover, poster, whatever) and request a digital autograph from an artist. The artist signs it digitally and returns the signed version. Price is set by the artist. The signed image becomes a collectible in the fan's Vault, and can be minted as an NFT on SKALE in Phase 2.
